How do I log in for the conference?
You will receive an email from Digitell, our conference platform provider, prompting you to create a login and password for their system. Be sure to log in and set up your profile before the conference. Keep a record of your login. Reminder emails will be set the day before and each day of the conference.
If you are having issues entering the conference platform or do not have the email ([email protected]) with your link you will need to call 1 (716) 338-0332. Phone support is available Monday to Friday from 9 am–5 pm EST.
There will be sessions each day that will take place in Zoom. Prior to the start of the conference, be sure to download Zoom on the device you will be using to attend Structures Virtual 2021.
How do I view the sessions and activities?
All conference sessions and activities will be hosted by Digitell and viewable on their OPUS event platform. After logging in, attendees will click on the "Attend Session" button on the Sessions page of the OPUS platform that will take them to the player where they will view the sessions.
What should I do if I have a problem viewing or hearing a session?
If you have any issues in the Digitell OPUS player that are not resolved by the "Request Support" button in the player, then go to the Technical Support page located in the OPUS event platform. From there you can place a phone call or chat with Digitell’s tech support team.
How is general/global chat different from session chat?
Global/general chat allows attendees to chat with each other anywhere in the Digitell OPUS event platform. Session chats are specific to a session and those attending the session.
What social activities are available during Structures Virtual 2022?
Every day join your friends and colleagues in the global chat to reconnect and engage and get competitive in the Virtual Challenge where you can earn badges throughout the conference for your participation in sessions, vendor demos, social events, and more. Prizes will be given for 4 of the badge leaders each day, plus all conference attendees will have a chance to win a door prize each day. Prizes sponsored by KPFF.
On Wednesday, there will be a Molecular Mixology Class in the evening. Attendees will receive a recipe card with ingredients to make 2–3 cocktails live in Zoom.
On Thursday, there will be a Mentoring Up & Down social activity. Attendees will be able to join five different groups and discuss relevant topics with mentors.
How do I earn PDHs?
Structures Virtual 2021 will offer up to10.5 PDHs. Keep track of the sessions you have attended that are eligible for PDHs*. You will receive an email notification a week after the conference alerting you to access your My Learning account and upload the total number of PDHs you earned.
*Note: PDH’s are available for the live sessions (excluding vendor sessions & social events). Post-conference viewing will not provide PDH credits.
